How long will you be shooting for?
Our current wedding collection package includes 8 hours of filming and photography. Extra hours are available for purchase.
Our time starts ticking when we get to the first location which is usually where the bride is getting ready. Time is then up when we finish at the final location; generally the reception venue. We don’t charge for any travel to or from these locations.
What is the booking process?
If you're happy and ready to book us, let us know and we will send you an email with booking forms to fill out as well as the option to schedule in a Zoom call with us to go over the details of your wedding.
After the Zoom call, We will generate a wedding photography & film contract that will need to be signed off on screen. You will also receive an invoice an a seperate email with details on making payment for your deposit.
Payments can be made Visa or MasterCard. You will get a confirmation email and copy of the signed document as a PDF once the contract has been signed successfully.
Why a Zoom call?
This is first and foremost to meet you and put faces to the names. We will then go over your wedding details that you've filled out in the online booking forms we provide. We will also answer any additional questions or concerns you may have. If you don't have Zoom we can meet in person if a mutual location is agreed upon or we can do a phone call.
How much deposit needs to be paid?
Currently it is 10%, this is due at time of booking to secure your date. The 90% remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding date.
Will you travel?
Yes we are happy to travel. Depending on the location there may be additional charges to cater for certain expenses we may in-cure getting to your wedding location.
Can we keep the RAW files?
RAW files are the original ‘on camera’ digital files and are not supplied to our clients. Part of the work we do is to edit your RAW files to give them our signature look and feel as well as fix any blemishes or technical issues with the files. High resolution Jpeg files are then exported at the same size and resolution which means you will have fully edited usable images that can be viewed, printed and published anywhere.
We keep your files for 5 years incase you lose them before they are wiped from our servers.
When will I get my photos & film?
It usually takes use 3-4 weeks to supply you with the finished photos and film
What equipment do you use?
We currently use Canon 1DX's and Nikon Z6 DSLR Cameras with equivalent lenses. DJI Drones are used for aerial shots and we use DJI Gimbal Stabilisers for all our film work. You can rest assured, we use the highest quality equipment to capture your special day.
What do you wear on the wedding day?
We will both wear smart casual attire. Suits can be very restricting when capturing those special moments so we hope you understand why suit jackets are not worn. If this is an issue, please let us know and we can work something out.
